Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms cover your use of TeamsMemes. By using the site you agree to them, so please have a read. They are meant to be short and readable rather than intimidating.
TeamsMemes is a trading name of Yeftech Ltd (company number 17279628), registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What TeamsMemes is
TeamsMemes is a novelty tool for making parody chat screenshots. Everything you create with it is fictional by definition - you write the messages, you choose the names, and the result is an image that never happened. It is built for jokes, memes and satire.
TeamsMemes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft in any way. Microsoft and Microsoft Teams are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation, and are referred to here only to describe what the tool parodies.
Using it sensibly
You are responsible for what you make and for what you do with it. You agree not to use TeamsMemes to deceive anyone to their detriment, to commit fraud, to fabricate evidence for a legal, disciplinary or journalistic purpose, to harass or bully anyone, or to impersonate a real person in a way that could cause them harm.
Put simply: making a fake chat where your colleague announces they are bringing doughnuts is the point. Making one to get somebody fired is not. We may decline service to anyone using the site for the second kind of thing.
What you create
Whatever you make with TeamsMemes is yours. We claim no ownership over it, and we never see it - your messages, names and uploaded avatars are turned into an image in your own browser and are not sent to us. There is more detail about this in our Privacy Policy.
Free and paid downloads
Creating a chat and downloading it with a small TeamsMemes watermark is free, with no account and no limit on how many you make. If you want a clean, full size version without the watermark, you can buy one for a single payment of $2.99. There is no subscription and nothing recurring - each purchase is a one-off.
Delivery is immediate: once payment completes, the full size image is generated in your browser and downloaded. Your purchase is remembered in that browser, so you can produce further full size downloads there without paying again. Because it is stored in the browser rather than an account, clearing your browsing data or switching to a different device or browser will lose it. Email us if that happens and we will sort you out.
Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, email teamsmemes.contact@gmail.com within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to argue with us about it.
If something went wrong - the download did not arrive, the image came out broken, you were charged twice - please tell us regardless of how long ago it was. We would rather know.
Availability
TeamsMemes is provided as it is. We try to keep it working and to fix things quickly when they break, but we don't promise it will be available uninterrupted or free of bugs, and we may change or withdraw features over time.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited - and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any consequences of how you choose to use an image you created. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law.
