Privacy Policy

Last updated 1 July 2026

TeamsMemes ("we", "us") lets you create fake Microsoft Teams chat screenshots for fun. This page explains what data is collected when you use the site, and why.

The chats you create

TeamsMemes doesn't require an account. The messages, participant names and any avatar images you add on the create page are rendered entirely in your browser and turned into an image on your own device. We don't receive, store, or have any way of seeing the chats you make - they exist only on your screen until you download them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit the site and which pages and buttons get used, so we know what's worth improving. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Advertising

TeamsMemes shows a small number of ads via Google AdSense to help cover the cost of running the site. AdSense may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can review or opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ad Settings.

You can opt out of most personalised advertising across the web at aboutads.info/choices.

Cookies

Cookies set on this site are used only for the analytics and advertising purposes described above. We don't use cookies to identify you personally, and there are no user accounts or logins on TeamsMemes.

Children's privacy

TeamsMemes is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
